Managed staff augmentation

Experienced engineers who join your team and work to your roadmap. We recruit, employ and manage them. You pay only for hours worked.

What “managed” means

Ordinary staff augmentation gives you people. Managed staff augmentation also takes on the work of employing and supervising them.

We carry the hiring and the HR: Recruitment, training, retention, payroll and administration are ours. Your team works with the engineers and never has to run them as employees.
A team manager reviews the work: Every engineer has an Arena Code manager who follows what is being built and steps in when something slows down.
You see every hour: Each month you receive a report of hours worked and what was produced in them. You are billed for those hours and nothing else.

The team can grow or shrink at any point after the first engineers join.
